RETURN POLICY

Please contact Customer Service to initiate the return process within SEVEN days upon receiving your item(s).After 7 Days,we cannot offer return service .Our service email: customer@alinepromdress.com
We only accept products in their original condition, and we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service.

No returns and no exchanges for custom items.
Return Shipping Cost will be paid by customer.
We can only refund you the item price itself.The shipping cost you spent cannot be refund, as this part had been paid to shipping company.Shipping back fee is paid by customers.

We can only refund the money after we got item.If we don't get it,we refuse to refund.
If the parcel was hold by the Customs, the Customs Clearance fee need to be paid by customer,because we can’t get the item.

All PayPal payment can only be refunded via PayPal, all Credit Card payment will only be refunded to the original Credit Card.
For accessories, we do not accept return. Please note accessories are final sale.

RETURN PROCESS

Expected processing timelines

1.Email our Customer Service: service@alinepromdress.com within 7 days upon receiving your order. Please send us an explanation and photographs to state the reason for your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns without prior approval from our Customer Service.
2.Once you received the reply from service@alinepromdress.com , it means your request for return has been approved. Please return the dress to us with the address we provided ASAP (3-7 days). This information must be written and sent to us with the package: Order Number/Email/Full Name. This is very important for us to recognize your package. We are not able to arrange a refund without this information.
3. Once receive the return dresses, we will check and deal with the refund in 3 to 5 business days. All the dresses that be returned must be checked. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once the refund has been processed by us, it usually takes 7-10 business days for the money to get back to your account, depending on your bank or payment service.

Time Expectations for Returns

The shipping time is about 7-15 days.

If you return the item to us in time, you can get your product money back within a month.

Exchange

1. Contact us within 5 days after you receive the items.

2.We will send new dress once we received the item you returned.

3.You need to pay the return shipping fee and the shipping fee of new dress.

If you are returning or exchanging dresses , please make sure they are in their original conditions - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items

If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.At the same time, you need to take pictures and send them to our after-sales customer service.

Sizing or Fitting Issues

Our dress size is true to our size chart.So please double check our size chart and make sure the size fit. We also offer custom size, not extra cost.
As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and made to order, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. We would check the size and measurements before we ship them. Therefore, the mistake on size and measurements are very rare.

Size Deviation

If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, you are encouraged to find a local tailor to make adjustments.Please remember to request a receipt from your tailor. Copy of the receipt must be provided to request reimbursement.

Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on the site. Slight color aberration may not mean that the dress is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are positive that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
